Consequently, beginning in 1920, Gans employs a number of in-house Native silversmiths to produce jewelry for his shop. As a matter of fact, among these are already extremely talented and well-known Navajo jewelers. Remarkably, these jewelers include Ambrose Roanhorse, Sam Roanhorse and Mark Chee. In addition, others who would eventually go on to fame are Frank Patania and Joe Herrera Quintana. Also, there is also Silviano Quintana and David Taliman.  Furthermore, Julius Gans publishes postcards, which they sell in the shop.

Equally important, this is an excerpt from the Dec. 21, 1917 Santa Fe Newspaper: Southwest Arts and Crafts proprietor is Julius Gans and is on the east side of the plaza. Likewise,  they sell silver filigree, spoons, purses, necklaces and brooches.
